BLACK SESAME

Our Chocolate Salted Caramel Black Sesame Cake has been one of our most popular cakes for good reason. Creamy, nutty, and chocolatey, we think it's the best flavor combination out there. This cake is made with our signature Valrhona black sesame mousse, dark cocoa cake, salted caramel, and a white chocolate crunch. Topped with 24k gold leaf. 

Size
Cakes are 6" in width and serve between 6-10 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 3 days. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
