EARL GREY LAVENDER

Our Earl Grey Lavender Cake is our best seller at the farmer's markets. Beautifully light and floral, this cake is made with our signature Valrhona earl grey mousse, lavender panna cotta, vanilla chiffon cake, and our white chocolate crunch. Topped with organic edible cornflowers from Bloomish.

Size
Cakes are 6" in width and serve between 6-10 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 1 day. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
