HOJICHA

Hojicha was the first tea and flavor profile that we worked with. It was such an underrated flavor at the time — with notes of caramel and toastiness. This cake is made with a Valrhona hojicha milk tea mousse, dark cocoa cake and a white chocolate crunch. Topped with chocolate decor and flaky sea salt. 

Size
Cakes are 6" in width and serve between 6-10 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 3 days. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
