Our Earl Grey Lavender Cake is our best seller at the farmer's markets. Beautifully light and floral, this cake is made with our signature Valrhona earl grey mousse, lavender panna cotta, vanilla chiffon cake, and our white chocolate crunch. Topped with organic edible cornflowers.

Cakes are 3" in width and happily serve one.

Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 1 day. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Please do not freeze.
