our menu revamp

If you follow us on Instagram, you've heard that we are currently in the process of revamping our entire menu. Since we've moved to LA from NYC, we've gone through lots of variations from our original menu; from our everything milk buns to chocolate covered croissants and our stray away from our profiteroles, our menu has seen a lot. After five years of these changes, we've decided to re-do it completely this time. We finally understand where we fit into the baking space in LA. We will still have the same flavor profiles as we did before - just with a different look.

Thank you for being patient with us through all these years. We have always prided ourselves in being "adaptable" after COVID, but honestly all these changes have made us confused and you all confused even more. 

There will be large scale changes to our business in addition to the menu change. We will no longer be making wedding cakes in the future, but will still offer our mini tartlets as a catering option. We will also no longer be taking any custom cake orders. This includes modification to flavors, design, color (for any gender reveal cakes). Our hope is that with these changes, we will be able to work more efficiently and train our team better. That being said, we will be entertaining wholesale (!!) finally. We have lots of partners lined up for this already, so hopefully that will mean you will see us somewhere close to you soon!

In summary, these will no longer be available:

  • custom cakes (flavor/design/color)
  • wedding cakes
  • whipped ganache/buttercream cakes
  • tea cakes, cookies, and other farmer's market related pastries (goodbye chili crisp croissant)

We will still have:

  • a variation of our signature mousse cakes
  • mini tarts available for catering/events/weddings

But these are coming:

  • chantilly cakes (also known as fresh cream cakes)
  • cake boxes (smaller and portable servings of all of our cakes)
  • wholesale options for our cake boxes
  • *new* designs for our mousse cakes

Regarding our farmer's market residencies, we will still be there! Only our cake boxes will be available there. We will have flavors for ALL of our cakes (including our mousses)! This is something we've been wanting to do for a while. 

Regarding cake decorating workshops, these are on pause for the time being!

If you have already placed an order for a cake that is on our old menu, your order will still be honored. 

Hopefully y'all like the new menu! We have been doing R&D since the end of last year and have tested each cake at least 10x at this point. We're super proud of what we came up with, so we hope you join us in giving the new menu a try!Â
