Our Strawberry Shortcake is a refined take on the strawberry and cream cake we ate growing up. A classic combination and loved by all, this cake is made with vanilla bean fresh cream, fluffy chiffon cake, and fresh strawberries. Topped with 24k gold leaf. This is the mini version of our STRAWBERRY.

Size
Cakes are 4" in width and serve between 1-2 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size.

Storage + Serving Tips
Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 1 day. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Please do not freeze.

Transportation Tips
Please ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure. If you will be driving for longer than 1 hour, please bring a cooler with ice packs.
